☀️Do you believe in magic?☀️

You May not Believe in Magic,
But don't you think it Strange,
The amount of matter in our Universe,
has never slightly changed?
That all which makes your body,
was once part of something more,
And every breath you take,
has seen it all before.
There are countless scores of beauty,
in all things that you despise,
It could once have been a shooting star,
that know make up your thighs.
And atoms of forgotten life,
Who've long since ceased to roam,
May now have the great honor,
To call your smile their home.
You may not believe in magic,
But I thought that you should know,
They making of your heart were born,
Fourteen Billion years ago.
So the next time you fell lonely.
When this world is make you feel small.
Just remember that it is a part of you,
and you are a part of it all.

Love Nature More

There is pleasure in the pathless woods, there is rapture in the lonely shore, there is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar; I love not Man the less, but Nature more.

Stand Still Like the Hummingbird

"When you find that you can neither go backwards nor forward…when you are convinced that all the exits are blocked, either you take to believing in miracles or you stand still like the hummingbird.”
The miracle is that the honey is always there, right under your nose, only you were to busy searching elsewhere to realize it. “
The worst is not death but being blind, blind to the fact that everything about life is in the nature of the miraculous.”

~Henry Miller from Stand Still Like the Hummingbird

Shine on you crazy diamond

She had stars behind each eyelid,
and a galaxy in her soul,
that drew people to her endless heart,
like the pull of a black hole.
She was made of earth and fire,
Of wishes cast on shooting stars,
she was a brand new solar system,
Unlike the ones they'd known so far,
with constellations ever changing,
No one could memories her skies,
and they thought the thing for them to do,
was bring her to their size,
they shrunk the universe within her,
Told her vast expansion was wrong,
That she should make her life much smaller
If she wanted to belong.
As they collapsed her world around her,
She felt her inner stars grow cold,
Until her life was far to heavy
For her once strong arms to hold.
You might wonder how it happened,
But I guess that it makes sense,
Because a life becomes much heavier,
When it's the universe condensed.
